First Hydroponics Farm in Executive Condo

CDL is the first to introduce hydroponics farm where residents can grow fruits and greens at Lush Acres executive condominium. This has also won CDL, developer for the Brownstone EC, another green mark platinum award.

The company has also scored many green firsts over the years, for instance, it developed Singapore first eco condo, Savannah Condopark in 2002, which uses solar power and energy efficient light fitting and air conditioning systems.

Last year, its tree house condominium achieved a Guinness world record for the largest vertical wall, which is only aesthetically pleasing, but also absorbs heat and reduces carbon emissions.

CDL also works with its tenants, offering electricity rebates, new energy efficient fittings, recycling programmes and an energy monitoring web portal to support and help them manage their electricity usage.

Lush Acres executive condo is in Sengkang. Nearby executive condo includes The Terrace EC in Punggol while Skypark Residences EC is in Sembawang.
